Online instruction became socially acceptable during the coronavirus pandemic. It's popular with younger employees, offers flexible teaching methods, and offers a wealth of material to work through. Online instruction requires a great deal of structure, determination, and self-activity from the learner. WEP can also offer all face-to-face teaching units online (TEAMS).
